Metrics such as “Time to Hire” and “Requisitions per Recruiter” help us be efficient, adjust recruiting team staffing, defend against unreasonable demands, and evaluate performance. Each team has their own metrics based on local demands and leadership requirements – and their own methods for calculating them. But what if there were at least a small set of common metrics that we could all use to benchmark performance and identify industry trends? After spending some time with NAHCR members asking about their metrics, we created a list of potential standard metrics for healthcare recruiting and will share them during this session. You, as the participant, will be asked to provide feedback on both the overall concept and the specific metrics. A summary of the results will be shared after the session.
