Goalology: Finishing 2025 Strong and Getting a Head Start on 2026

Have you always wanted to be a one-percenter? (No, not the motorcycle gang, the best-of-the-best club.) Attending and participating in this webinar puts you in an elite club, the 1% of the population who have written goals and a plan to achieve them. We’ll first look back at what is working well so far this year so we can celebrate our success and make sure we focus on what brings out our best next year. We’ll also acknowledge what isn’t working and what we can let go of, phase out, or move on from in the coming year. Finally, we’ll figure out what we need to do to end the year strong and put together a plan to make it happen before year’s end.

I know that seems like a lot to do in an hour, but each attendee will receive a comprehensive planner that allows us to move quickly and can be finished after the webinar is concluded. Taking time out of your busy life to reflect, celebrate, and plan is something we don’t often do, but we’ll do just that as we look for clues about what we truly want and acknowledge what we no longer need in our lives. Unlike other systems for setting goals, this is a whole-brain approach that combines left-brain things like checklists, details, and solutions with right-brain techniques like big-picture thinking, emotions, and creativity. Think of this hour as a gift to yourself and a chance to put yourself first.

In this session, you will learn:

  • We’ll create mini milestones and use points to keep us motivated, on track, and reward our incremental achievements.
  • We’ll make a things-not-to-do list so we can let go of what’s not working and empower us to say “No” by replacing it with a “yes” item we really want.
  • We’ll choose the right approach to planning based on how we think, respond, and see things.

Speaker Bio: Lee Silber is the best selling author of 25 books and international speaker with 30 years of experience. His sessions are fun and full of good ideas and his experience in speaking to health care-related associations allows his presentations to be on point.
