How many credits can I earn at the Health Care Recruitment Conference?
NAHCR is currently pending credit approval for both HRCI and SHRM. HRCI is currently pending 12 Credit Hours while SHRM is pending 12 PDCs. The Pre-Conference Workshops are pending approval for 3 Hours/PDCs.

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel at 1-855-503-1336.

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cutoff date for hotel reservations is Monday, July 8, 2019.

When will I receive my Certificate of Attendance?
All certificates will be sent out within 30 days of the Health Care Recruitment Conference.

Certificates will only be provided after completion of the session surveys.

When will I be assigned my booth number?
Booth assignments will not be made until after the deadline date of June 21, 2019, and full payment has been received.

How are booth placements given?
Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of show management. Placement will be made based on date of received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.

I am interested in hosting an affiliate event – who do I contact?
If your company is interested in hosting an affiliate event, please contact the Loews Philadelphia Hotel directly for your planning needs.

When is the early bird deadline?
The deadline is May 10, 2019. Prices increase beginning May 11, 2019.

When are all other materials due?
Advertisement artwork, company description for the final program and the deadline to submit exhibit and sponsorship applications is June 11, 2019.

Late applications will be considered, however, the hall is expected to fill quickly, so do not delay!

NAHCR has secured a discounted rate of $189 (single/double) for the duration of the meeting. This discounted rate is available until July 8, 2019, or until the block sells out. The block is expected to sell out, so do not delay, book now!

Please support NAHCR by making your reservations at the headquarters hotel. NAHCR has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block and negotiate an optimum room rate for its attendees and exhibitors where all NAHCR associated functions will be held. Attendees are encouraged to stay at the host hotel so that NAHCR and its members can benefit from the hotel’s reduced cost that in turn, lead to keeping registration costs and exhibit fees down for participants.
